(II) Six years for commercial purposes, plus the period necessary to address any liabilities arising from tax settlement. (V) The period necessary to handle the request, as well as for as long as any liabilities arising from it may exist. In general, data is kept for as long as any liabilities arising from each processing activity may exist.
